I can't seem to find anyone willing to give full information on what I think is a defect in the ATB Silver Proof Set that shows The Hot Springs Arkansas Quarter, totally different then the other 4 quarters in that set. The mint is mum on this matter. And, it is not the polished deep cameo finish like the other 4 in this set like it should be.anyone have the facts on this? I even ordered a second set of 3, only to have the same results.
