I'd say the Morgan is a nice clean 64, prolly wont upgrade, but nice for grade for sure. I have seen more than a few surefire upgrades some back the same....They don't like to say they were wrong all that often, but you'll be suprised on occasion

 

Then again... Great strike for an O mint
I have 65's that are not that nice, but upgrade, hmmmmm risky
