Here is one of the MOST undervalued coins readily available to the average collector. Only 848,000 struck . Thats 158,473 FEWER THAN THE 1921. A remarkably low number for such a late large coin.

    Thanks for looking

Nice coin Ben. :thumb: I think I see some rub on the cheek so I'll go with AU58.

Looks like light wear on the eagle's back feathers and Liberty's tresses - I say AU58.

Thanks for the series of grading threads, Ben !

AU 55 because of high point "wear" and a few too many field disturbances. ;)

After looking at this post a few times (and hoping we'd know the answer), I lean more towards MS 62ish....and I wish you'd stop using "auto color correction" on your photos. ;)

I don't see any wear at all, but could be wrong. But still even so an awesome coin, with alot of growth in it. Put me down for MS-61 Bone. Very nice coin. :thumb: A recent one of yours?

Bone is being tricky, he does this every now and then. He posts a pic of coin that he has posted before but he changes the pic slightly to see if folks grade the coin the same as they did the first time ;)

Oh come on guys don't be so sure about that, you know I'm not that slick. Here is my camera (Sony Mavica FD-91). I can change a bunch of the picture settings before I take them and see what it looks like in the screen even before taking the photo. I've already posted pics of my High-tech, LOL Photo lab as you both recall.

LOL, It might be old but it's a HORSE... Kinda like those cell-phones which will get reception when the new ones won't... I'm absolutely certain that technological items haven't gotten any more advanced in recent years. They may have gotten smaller but there are lots of older gadgets which do what the new ones and a computer can do...
