The nine looks good and the notch on the six looks legit.
Please don't tell us you got it from Etsy.

Mushyness in the date and mint mark could be artifacts of circulation. For sure that isn't a full Red MS example.

See if you can see any of the die file marks on the reverse, the one under the R shows well and should be fairly well protected on a circulated coin. It might help if you are able to post a photo of that area.
