Is there a site to see what products the mint released during each year for the past 5 years?

My specific question is did the mint do the 5 statehood quarter silver proof set since the series started in 1999. Or was that started in the past few years?
Or could you only get the silver quarters proofs with the whole silver mint proof set early on?

I'm not sure about a website for the past released products by the US Mint but I can answer your last questions.

There was no separate Silver Proof Statehood Quarter sets from 1999-2003. The silver quarters were only available in the Silver Proof sets as a whole along with the other fractional coins. In 2004 the US Mint started selling the Silver Proof Statehood Quarters in a set by themselves as well as in the Silver Proof sets.

The clad Proof sets have had separate Statehood quarters sets all along from 1999-Present, so those quarters have been in the clad Proof sets and in their own sets from the beginning.
