They look to be in good condition, so technically there is some value.
But if they sell for 20 cents retail, dealers are not buying these for a nickel or a dime. Be good to fill a hole in an album because they are nice specimens.
Keepers but not worth much.
I fully agree with @Pickin and Grinin's opinion. On the 64, a photo of the reverse would help me determine the circulated grade but to its value there would be very little to allow more or less value ... pretty much common
