Welcome to the HIDDEN WORLD contest. This contest is open to any CoinTalk member with more than 25 posts and less than 2,500 posts. Premise: There are 14 small envelopes measuring 2.25" x 3.5", each labeled A through N. Each envelope contains at least one, but not more than 10 world coins.* Guess the country whose coins are within each envelope.** In your post, label your guesses (A through N) to correspond with each envelope. Details: There are essentially fourteen chances to win, but you are only allowed one post with answers per 24 hours, so take advantage of placing a guess for each envelope (A through N), every 24 hours. The time stamp on your post will be used to determine your 24 hour cycle for posting answers. No editing posts. Edited posts will not count and you will have to wait 24 hours from the edit time stamp to post your next set of answers. There are no restrictions on how many envelopes of coins you can win in this contest. The first member to post a correct match to an envelope wins that envelope and eliminates that envelope/country from the contest. I will identify winners as the contest proceeds, this will help narrow the possible guesses for the remaining envelopes. The contest shall run until all envelopes have been correctly identified/won or you run out of steam guessing… * There are no coins from Canada, Mexico or the US and there are no ancient or medieval coins. ** There are no repeat countries/envelopes, however some envelops may contain several nations coinage, nations which may be nearby one another or related in some manner. For instance, say there are four separate nations' coins in one envelope from a particular geographic region, if you guess one country represented in that envelope correctly, you win the entire envelope with that and all the other nations' coins therein. Please be respective of your posts given the rules above and let me know if there are any questions as we go along. Have fun!
You'll have to work with the site founder to figure out how to reverse your post count... or drive a Delorean with Christopher Lloyd instead of that Dodge Charger. Keeping the post count requirement on the low end was to help newer CT members have a reasonable chance at winning a contest... there are lots of seasoned CT contest pros afoot! :smile

I didn't mean to post that; in the rules, you said that the country name had to corrospond to the letter, so as you posted post #14, I edited post #11, not knowing that you would reply. Sorry that I changed my answers.
A: Italy B: Greece C: Greece D: Greece E: Greece F: Greece G: Italy H: Greece I: Greece J: Greece K: Greece L: Greece M: Greece N: Greece
I think you were referring to this in the rules, right? "In your post, label your guesses (A through N) to correspond with each envelope." That just means you should indicate what you think is in each envelope, not that the country name starts with A, B, C... etc. Sorry if that was confusing. It's all random, I just wanted to know what you think is in each envelope as they are not arranged that way. Even in your edited guess: No correct answers in the post.
I was wondering how long it would take for this style answer to emerge! :smile H is correct Greek for the coins, for Jon H! You can play again in the days to come until you are done guessing/winning items -or- if you are done with the contest, PM me your mailing address to get these coins.
Does each envelope have coins from 10 different countries, or are all coins in each envelope from the same country? A- Switzerland B- Colombia C- Hong Kong D- Great Britain E- Netherlands F- Germany G- Japan H- Poland I- Australia J- France K- Italy L- Panama M- Cuba N- China
Each envelope has coins from one or more countries. Mostly just one country per envelope, in some cases 3 or 4 countries. The number of coins in each envelope varies from 1 to 10 pieces. No correct answers in this post.
