Hiberno-Norse Penny / Grading Advice?

I'm collector of Irish coins in general and recently picked up this Hiberno-Norse penny. While I would presume it is genuine as the seller is an authorized dealer for both PCGS and NGC, I want to make sure and also get it slabbed to protect it. While I understand it might not be the best use of money to get it graded, I want to send it somewhere.

In general I prefer PCGS to NGC, but it seems like for world coins NGC tends to be a bit more common. I have a few Anglo-Norman Irish coins and NGC seems to be quite a bit easier to find. Looking at the population reports, it seems PCGS actually has certified about twice as many Hiberno-Norse pennies as NGC.

This coin also has a split flan. While that is obviously not a desired characteristic, I have no idea what that will mean in terms of grading. My main goal with grading is to get it slabbed so that I don't have to worry about accidentally breaking it, but I'm curious what type of grade it might end up with.

Nest coin! Use the TPG that is best suited for these types of coins as well as errors. The split planchet should not affect the grade.
