I never heard of a Doubled Ear variety for the Dime. Looks normal to me. Reverse looks like common Die Deterioration. Worn Die Strike.
I am not seeing it. There is a heavy diagonal raised line. Back or ear detail running diagonal through the hair.
Compared to the link, I don't see the doubled ear at all. So I'm wondering what you see? Usually it ends up ppl like to convince themselves something is there when it isn't. You have to be so unbiased when searching coins versus hope and desire to find something.
