Bubble or did something try to punch through from the reverse?

 

Yea not in hand but I think there is a small star pattern on reverse.

 

Oh boy.. Let's see the reverse!

 

Does this look like it may be the reverse going off old pics here.

 

The hole on the Reverse corresponds to the bulge on the Obverse... I have seen this when coins get shot at with a high powered BB rifle. Lucky shot which affected the MM.
