Notice the new details in the Eagles right wing, Libertys nose and eye, the last two letters in the word liberty. Poor pictures for comparison, I know. But it is the same coin, notice the wear at the rim, 5th star up on the left side. Also, make note of the doubling of the last A in America. This guys more of a lowlife than I realized.
"Follow-up by fancy_wood: kept money 23 days, says will sue me if neg feedback, I have his threat if you" Threatening to sue if negative feedback left. Now THAT'S class!
I'm kickin back on this one guys.....had to cancel a deal on my 14-D from a buyer in NY who bought a bunch of low grade 21 Walkers......a fav of KInGo, I have harrased this " poor " fellow enough, don't need the trouble, but that does not mean you all can't have fun with it. I ended up selling to second bidder in line......much safer Edit: Sell everything, declare no returns, quit business is standard procedure, same MO, has used it for last 3 Ebay ID changes....like Ahnold says....." Ahll be back"
Man, you must have really gotten this guy's goat Jack. But, I doubt he will be gone for long. Phoenix
Can't blame you there Jack but if you spot him again just PM a bunch of us wo we can get the "ugly ball" rolling again. After all why should he hate just you?
You are going to think I'm nuts, but.... Buying coins and reselling at a higher grade because you think they are undergraded is 100% fair and no problem at all, my ONLY problem is cracking out and FAILING to disclose KNOWN professionally found problems...... there is a big differance
Not nuts at all Jack it's like cherrypicking an error. I've done it myself especially with currency. Bought notes that the dealer (most likely a coin dealer with some currency) didn't realize the value of. The difference between what you're talking about vs. what "what's his name" does is that your way involves knowledge and real work.
Jack: As Clembo said: It is like cherrypicking. Some of my cherrypicks: #3 1858/7 Flying eagle cents. #4 or 5 1864 L Indian cents bought as plain (no L) Many others, including my favorite: a 1909 S VDB, bought as an 09S, now in an NGC F-12 slab, 09S VDB.
man i lose out so many opportunities coz i am only going for high grade ms coins but i did get some junk silver for you guys to take a look and give your oppinion on
What I meant was, not all coins this guys sells are crackouts....he is also very good at spotting underpriced/undervalued coins and spotting a profitable flip coin. No problem there is what I'm saying. Thats what your supposed to do !!! It is only the deception/crackout predatory tactics that push the envelope between profitable coin flipping and moral and ethical bankruptcy.......
