Herzfelder Book on Silver Coins of Rhegion

Folks,

I am looking for a photo of the Rhegion Tetradrachm listed as Herzfelder 102. This coin has the scalp of a lion on one side and the head of Apollo on the other. There is an olive sprig behind Apollo's head.

A scan or photo of the page from Herzfelder with this coin would be very helpful.

I can't find the 102 Tetradrachm on ACSearch or CNG Archives. There are many others of course, just not 102.

I can't find the book for sale anywhere either, nor can I find it available in digital form.

I would like to buy a copy of the book if anyone has one they don't need anymore.

I'm tagging @Ardatirion for you on this one. He's probably eating his lunch on a copy of Herzfelder.

 

CNG does list the book in their references so maybe Ardy or someone else at CNG can help you out.

Another avenue would be ANA or ANS. They offer scanning services for a nominal fee.

 

Here you go. Best bet in the future is probably to contact the ANS. For a quick little scan like this they probably wouldn't even charge you. They're super helpful.
