Appears you are correct. It seems all my encrypted text is having problems. Rebooting helped but did not eliminate it. Now that all the auctions are over, I can get into Heritage again, but everything was way over my pricing. $690 for a 62 14-S Lincoln. Really?!?!?!?

I agree brother... waaay over the top this year. Guess a lot of collectors still have $ to burn in this down economy... All the coins I targeted were around 25-30% higher than I'd give the time of day. Back to the 'bay for me.... and the constant search for deals there. Having passed on this latest Heritage auction in mass, I did pick up a few nice coins on the 'bay with a bit of $ that I had saved for Heritage... spent around 30% of the $ and still have plenty to roll into the next HC auction provided the prices are more realistic. Will post the latest 'bay scores when I get them... all are in old small ANACS holders.
Which brings another thought to mind... I'm seeing a lot of these old ANACS holders hitting the 'bay recently,,, wondering if China is involved.... spooky.

  6. I noticed the upward trend in prices as well. Maybe it was just because of FUN?

I had no problems all day long watching my bids get blown out of the water. I even went full retail on one bid and I was not even close. The funny thing is I won one auction I bid on because it was so low. Strange it was like everybody missed this auction.
