It is fairly strict, but it is by necessity since the lots we sell belong to our consignors and if we aren't going to be paying them for their lots on time we need to know very quickly so that we can make other arrangements (return the coins, roll them into the next auction, offer them to the underbidder, etc.).
offer them to the underbidder? how come i dont get that for the coins i bid on lot 567 still makes me unhappy after all this time
thanks guys I called them and they said no prob bob, send them back and don't worry about it. Not bad at all
yeah i have dealt with tons of auction houses from 4 continents and heritage is up there the European ones are not good with CS and the Asian ones are not good with coins generally.
