But notice that the mintage is 30 with PCGS Population in All Grades at 21 and NGC Population in All Grades at 23 2+2=5 Then figure in the ANACS coins and those that are raw. It looks like there have been a lot of crack outs. Somehow this does not add up.
You mean to tell me that the crack out artist are at work? BTW, they also give 2 other "estimates" neither of which are 30.
The reported mintage figure is merely an estimate. It is quite possible that more than 30 were produced. Over the years, it has been discovered that other, even more recent estimated mintage figures were incorrect too. That said, yes, there are probably also a good number of resubmissions
