    I was told the coin was just recently slabbed after being in someones collection for 30 years. So it sounded to me like it was in an old holder before the PL designation or maybe in an old PCGS holder. I sense it was sold to this dealer and he immediately realized what it was and sent it to NGC.

    What designates a PL Peace dollar? The coin in the video looks a lot like MS-65/66 peace dollars. Just curious. thanks.

    Refflective fields. This coin looks like the lit up moon next to other peace dollars. Most are "chalky". These look like they are wrapped in tin foil.
