Here is a challenge coin

This is bronze, 2.9 grams and 15mm.
Man on a horse obverse/ perching eagle?? reverse.

Where to begin??

The only clue is that it was part of a collection that is heavy on Pontos Kingdom coins (Northern Turkey) black Sea coast.
