    Unknown to me. The reverse is a little rough so hard to get a good picture.

    The obverse is CONSTANTINOPOLI; bust of Constantinopolis and the reverse (you have it upside down) is VOT XX MVLT XXX. I can't make out the mintmark; but only Heraclea and Cyzicus struck this type and Heraclea is the most common.
