The picture is not very clear unfortunatly, but i would hazard a guess that it is not a coin but a token of some kind. I might well be wrong LOL but it has that look about it.
Of course the Latin legend on the obverse makes complete sense :goofer: , NEFRETETE REGINA AEGYPTORUM. Nefretete, Queen of Egypt. I have no clue whats going on on the reverse. Considering Nefertiti about 1370-1330 BC, long before ANY coinage was established, much less the Latin language, this is CERTAINLY a token or a fantasy piece. Looks to me like a special cultural issue designed and struck for famed Egyptian archaeologist Zahi Hawass (sp?) of the Royal Cairo Museum used for placing curses and evil spells on the Berlin Museum in a supernatural effort to get the bust of Queen Nefretiti back... Ben
