Hi, I'd like for someone with an NGC account to verify that this coin is in their system as it appears in this auction. Personally, I don't see this coin being graded as MS67 - the hair above the ear is just too warn for me to believe the grade. I also see this member has quite a few negative feedback comments. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, it's in their database with photos of it. The wear you see above the ear could just be a weak strike. It looks extremely clean to me. I'm not skeptical of it.

Just wanted to add.... Most of the time in a case like this, you can lean towards a weak strike on a high relief detail such as that area. Look at it this way, if that was genuinely wear, how could that one spot be worn down that much while the rest of the coin remains nearly perfectly clean? It just couldn't happen without the rest of the coin being marked up and worn.
