I dont have any world coin books so Im a little lost. Thanks for any help

just had a quick look on fleabay, one has sold recently for 50 dollars in VF

One should point out that the 1902 25 Centesimi is a Nickle coin, not silver. Mintage 7.77 million.

Well first off it is made of nickel, and it is a 2 year type coin with the mint mark "r" The actual sell price will be somewhere around $35 (dealer)
