Help with this middle east? silver coin

    I got this little coin (about the size of a dime) at a local coin store.
    I paid $0.25 since the owner didn't have a clue what it was.
    It seems like a coin from the middle east (telling from the arabic inscription) and the material sounds like silver.
    Any ideas?
