Help with these two Ancient Coins - Real/Fake etc.

    Both are Byzantine coins.... beyond that I can't help much. Some who can will be along before too long though. :)

    Yes. They are Byzantine coins from around 975-1050 or so. They are called “Anonymous folles” because they depict Jesus instead of the emperor. For more info look here:

    It is difficult to judge the authenticity of a coin by images alone. You should by from dealers, you trust.

    I would go to forgerynetwork.com and FORVM's fake report, and try to look after a die match.

    Anyway, from my perspective I don’t see anything suspicious for now, but don't trust me.
