Help with older Chinese/Japanese coin

I did a Google image search and it says Kaiyuan Tongbao, but that doesn't seem to match visually. I found this eBay listing that looks like mine. It says Yuan Feng tong bao, but when I look that up I don't see a match for mine. I also found a Japanese 1 mon that looks similar but the production methods look more modern. Does anyone know what this is?
