i need some help on a US nickle i found when its heads up its normal but when u flip it over its blank ,also if u look at a regular nickle on its edge it almost looks like theres a seam like 3/4 of the way twards the back side and if u take the coin i found and put it edge to edge it fits that 3/4 of the way, i have no idea what it is or even if i means anything can some one help

it soinds like the reverse of the coin has been ground down. That would account for the lack of a reverse design and the fact that your nickel is about 3/4 as thick as a standard nickel.
