    1/2 Lirah Israel. It believe this was issued in 1973 to commemorate 25 Anniversary of Independence for Israel.

    No this is the general circulation issue KM 36.2 1/2 Lira dated 5734(1974). The 25th anniversary issue has an inscription that curves along the rim at the bottom of the !/2 side and the 5733 date is at the end of that inscription.
