Can anyone tell me if this is a VAM? I can not find any thing on the types of errors I have.

lh and rh sides of the coin(circled) are die cracks

on the top of the head below the R is a die clash- I can see a leaf and 5 rays from the rev.

Is the metal actually raised or simply bag marks? The lines on the circumference look like contact marks and the mark in the rays actually looks like a cut in the coin. If it is raised metal, it could be minor die cracks that are not unusual enough to rate an individual VAM number.

all areas are raised metal---both side areas are die cracks--and the area below the r is all raised metal, You can see the rays and a leaf from the rev. It realy shows up if held at an angle. will try to get a pic

What do you think should I send it to Coneca?

I don't think the variance would add to the value, but then again i'm no expert.
