Without pictures can anybody give me an idea what two items are worth?

    Item one:

I was at a garage sell today that had some coins. One of them was a 2 coin set in a Washington Mint box. The two coins were huge half pound coins. The first was a 1/2 pound copper penny. The second was a kennedy half dollar looking coin. One the back it said 1/2 pound nickel silver. Both coins were dated 1996. No paperwork was in the box. The guy still has it but I did not know anything about it or if it was just silver plated or actually contained silver.

    Item two:

American Silver Eagle. 2007. It is labeled First Day Issue MS-70 Silver and has a 7 digit ID. The compnay is IGSGRADING.COM. On the back on the case it says IGS International Grading Service.

Can anyone give me an idea what these are worth?

    Thank you,

    Erin

For the first 2 pieces, just look up current melt for copper 7 nickel.

    Personally, I would pass.

IGS is not a top tier grader, so I would pay silver + a small premium as a Silver Eagle, not for the grade.
