Why do you call them half dimes?
    They are just dimes.

I see circulation wear on both.

Your coins are regular Roosevelt Dimes.

Both are struck fromworn dies. You can see the radial flow lines, especially on the 94. The 85 also has a scratch, possibly from a coin rolling machine.

The date and outer edges of IGWT seem to be weak on many dimes, especially ones struck for worn dies. Personally, I might be tempted to put the 94 in a 2x2 (knowing it's only worth face value), but the 85 is spender. It's your decision to spend or save. No big deal either way.

Damaged, nothing worth keeping IMO. The first one was damaged by a coin rolling machine. The second just worn. You've got 20¢ there, or if you wish, 2 half dimes = 10¢.

Roosevelt was not alive when the half dime was first minted. He was not even alive when they minted the dime in his honor. Oh, it can also be called Ten Cents. Good luck.
