Help with 1995 reverse doubling

Can't get a great pic of this. Under a magnifiying glass it looks doubled up fairly well. Just starting out so any help would be appreciated. Looking at America

appears to be strike/machine doubling.

I really can't tell from those photos. They're too blurry for my eyes.

I see nothing in the first photo, but maybe the second. Please take closer photos, or more clear ones and we can be more of help.

Looks like MD in the new pictures. Very flat and shelf-like.

 

I see the doubling, but I'm thinking machine doubling as furryfrog suggested.
