Help with 1992d penny plating error?

    Found this CRH. Not sure but it appears to be a plating error. It is a different color than any penny I have come across. It is satinish and lighter than any other penny I've found.     I'm pretty sure that's just damaged. Over time pennies change colors due to environmental changes.
