I am thinking Theodosius, but I cannot find a reverse like this on coins credited to him.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I have, please?
    Specs. Ae12.5mm., 0.89gm.

I just returned from looking up, (perhaps I should re-phrase that), Aelia Flaxilla.
Thank-you, Mat. That's close enough for me. Appreciated.
Mint could be Antioch and coin could be similar to RIC IX Antioch 54.

I think I can make out an 'NT' at the end of the mint mark, so I think you're probably right.
