Either this is a misprint in Krause or I have something rare. KM# 795.1 10 ORE 1882 CS ,My 4th Edition Krause says Bronze 1.45 grams, $67.50 in F, $100 in VF. I got this one today, exact same weight but clearly silver and tests positive silver. Anyone got any info ?
It's 400 silver and unless the price has gone up would probably retail around $25 in that condition (VF). My catalog is old but my underrstanding the 19th century coins haven't increased much in a very long time. Demark is hot as a pistol especially for moderns and high grade 20th century so this could be an exception.
My catalog is fairly new and in VF it says $100 But my concern is for that date and Krause number it says its Bronze.
Thankyou, I found one on eBay that looks like a scabby dog and its upto £36 so mine should be should go for thousands when listed LOL http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DENMARK-SILVER-10-ORE-1882-91P-/370504493389
