Help please need opinion

    Hey everyone, my wife and I need some input on this 1982 d penny, we both see some doubling but what we know for sure is it weighs 3.11 on our digital scale. Is this possibly what we think it might be??

    Looks like a normal Large Date D Mint Cent.

    It's definitely a copper one, it's 3.11 grams, I take it that copper large date are not rare. Lol

    Not really.. The very rare one is a 1982 D Mint Small Date on a Copper cent. Only 2 have ever been found and attributed.
