Hi, Thank you for adding me. I am no Numismatic just a friend helping a friend sort through some American coins his Aunt left him (must admit to falling in love with them). So far I have come across these few coins & was hoping someone would tell me whether they are errors or varieties please & many thanks. the 1960 penny has a cud-like blob in the centre, the other penny has a raised piece of metal on the rim, the Roosevelt has a piece missing under the chin & on the reverse has a swelling, the other has missing letters & numbers, thanks again & hope the pics are good enough. Take care.

The raised piece of metal on the rim is called a cud

the dime is clad. 64 was the last year for 90% silver.

The cent looks like there could be a die chip inside the 0. Not worth a premium.

The early zlincons are know to have finned rims. I would say that it is not a cud but a "folded over finned rim".

    IMO
Agree with @Pickin and Grinin on these
    1960 - die chips
    1984 finned rim

1994 Dime - filled die (cool but doesn't really add value)
1965 dime - Post mint damage
Dime with a bubble - high heat damage causing separation in the clad layer

Questions are OK. Best recommendation is for 1 coin per post with a clear, cropped pic of obv and rev.

IMO I would recommend not "dumping' a bunch of questions at once. Give people a chance to answer and there is a good chance you'll learn a little as you go.

    Best of luck
