It's a US Washington quarter, dated somewhere between 1932 & 1974. The other side (obverse) should display the actual date. Note that it is slightly larger than that slug next to it. Looks more "foot stool" than "ottoman".
It's Ottoman, and minted in Egypt, that's what the arab text in your first photo says. That is about all one can say, unfortunately.

You might start here: https://en.numista.com/ Your coin looks like it might be a mangir. Try searching the site for both "mangir" and "manghir." The first spelling is more common, but the second spelling seems to be used more frequently on this site.
