Help needed identifying a large gold? coin.

    coin 005.jpg Hi, can anyone please give me any information on this coin, it weighs 17.8 grams, is 3.3cm wide and is a gold coloured and was found in a collection of mainly roman coins. Regards Boston-brand.​

    It looks like maybe its a bronze sestertius (roman)It might just be corrosion, but it looks like a cast tourist fake :/ I may be wrong though.
