Well, I have been completely out of collecting for about 10 solid months now (more like 2 years if you include the in and out spurts I have when I come home for breaks). School and what not has really crippled my time for keeping up with this game. What did I miss? What are the main changes/news I should hear about? If you could just give me a basic intro, I will be able to look up and read into it. Eric:kewl:
I don't exactly know where to start...ahhhh, The US Mint is still cranking out coinage. Lincoln grew an extra finger on his left hand. Duke Ellington has more than 88 keys.
Mexico and Cuba are becoming the 51st & 52nd states. Puerto Rico got ticked off and threatened to quit sending baseball players to the U.S. There is rumor that Obama is trying to get Congress to change the law so that Castro can run for President. Congress also approved a bill allowing China to make all of our coinage since they can do it cheaper than we can. Chris
A humorus but rediculous request. A kin to .."tell me what I don't know" ..ROFLMFAO. If coins mean anything to you then dont take 2 years off or if they don't ..find another hobby. I can understand if you had spent 2 years in Iraq but away at school ..and God knows what "what not is" ..lol. "What not" is obviously alot more fun than your coin collection. We always seem to find time for the things that are important.
Hey Leadfoot All is well. School and finals are finally over and my grades were good all around I'd say. It's good to get back into the hunt.
