Help me identify this coin and its value!!

    I cannot identify this coin for the life of me!! PLEASE HELP!! Any thoughts?

    I think it may be Spanish colonial, but it's way outside my area.

    The top picture needs to be rotated about 175 degrees to the left, and the bottom needs about 15 degrees of right rotation.

    It's definitely not Spanish colonial, but I can't figure out what it is. Has signs of possibly being a Papal coin, a Bishopric coin, a French coin, and an Austrian coin. I'm confused - but this is the proper rotation.

    Yeah, sorry about the photos. I took those pics and posted in a hurry,I was running really late to the movies with my wife.

    It's a 1776 1/2 Batzen(Swiss)

    That it is, weird though that there is no date on a coin from that era.

    The 7 and the 6 to the left and the right of the shield are the date. i haven't found out why yet but they ommitted the 17 on these particular coins.
