Help me grade this 3 cent 1871 :D

    HI!
    Another coin that i would gladly appreciate if you guys could help me grade and tell me the most i should spend for it because down in the island were i live they go very cheap :D but i still dont know how much i should really spend for it :(
    Any ideas would be appreciated!

    Looks MS-64/65 to me. One question though. Is the photo of a picture or the actual coin? Either way it's a very nice looking coin. Thanks for posting pics. :)

    IF it is MS, that's one thing, but the look makes me question if it is an AU coin -- where's the mint luster?

    Me thinks that it may be a scan, and as we know, scans are terrible at showing luster.
