The photos are a bit out of focus but, assuming there are no serious marks or other detractors, I think the coin is a VF30 or XF40. I cannot tell . . . does the coin bear an "S" mintmark below and between the eagles claws?
Try to take a photo of it on a table or a book. So far, VF looks right, but, it might turn out to be XF in a more detailed photograph.
I know you are trying but we should not even be trying to guess with these photos. There's no way to tell if it's even genuine and may have casting bubbles or a seam, etc.
Take photos of both sides directly overhead while on a white sheet of paper. Then crop before posting. Nice effort but better photos are necesssry for us to be more accurate. There are way too many factors and variables that we can not see in order to be accurate and honest.
Please post pictures of both sides of the coin on a flat surface. We can’t see the coin in detail with the photos you provided. It looks fake to me but my opinion may change with new photos.
When you take the photos, please set the coin down and look into the camera you are using. Don’t click the button until it’s in focus. The last few photos you took are focused on you and not the coin.
Issue came up, sry. Someone had saw me holding the coin, and tried to steal it off him. He said he isn't bringing it out of his collection again for a while. Sry for wasting your time.
