    Hello everyone,

Got this today at an antique store and was hoping some of you would help me give a grade to it. I know it is not a hard to find date or anything but is in the best shield nickel i own. As a side not the luster with the coin in hand is much better imo than the scans. My scanner is really good about bringing out ALL the bad looking spots on coins. Thanks for the help!

Numismedia lists 1872 in VF-20 at $53 and your coin is at least VF-20 in my opinion so I guess you did OK.
