The first checks I go through, when looking for RPM's 1 - Is there any other doubling on the coin? 2 - How much abuse has the coin taken since it started circulating? 3 - If there is doubling, is it flat and shelf like? If I still feel that it could be an RPM, then I will use a reference to try to determine which one it is. I am unable to tell from your photos.
