Help Indentifying Two Coins

    I found this two coins and they are heavily worn. I don't know what kind they are or where they are from. If anyone can give me some information about them, thanks.

    From the Byzantine Empire. I don't have any references handy but the one on the right is a trachy (scyphate).

    I think the one on the left is a Manuel I Commenus coin. I believe the obverse is Jesus and the reverse in Manuel.

    I think the one on the right is a Follis of Tiberius II Constantine, Nicomedia Mint. looks like year 4 which would be 578/9 AD. I'm guessing it's SB 440 (Sear Byzantine Coins).

    To me, all the trachy look the same and I never liked trying to ID them:yuck:, so I won't be much help.
