Help ID'ing Please

    Hello, here is the coin in question. The Cuartillo A.V. side looks normal to me but the other side makes me think this coin is old. Also, the obverse and reverse have a 90 degree rotation difference like any US coin. I would say the token is made of brass. Online research has not helped me. Thanks for the help!

    Peruvian or Bolivian would be my guess, but I don't collect these. I only collect Ancients so my knowledge about modern world coins is almost nonexistent.
