Help Identifying

I have been trying to identify this coin I picked up at an estate sale but havent been able to yet can anyone here identify it. Thanks for any help

Hadrian sestertius. Need reverse pics for anything more.

 

Unfortunatly the reverse is probably no help here is the pic

 

I'm afraid you may be right but maybe somebody will spot something I can't. Maybe in hand, perhaps with low angle lighting, you might find a match here.
