I’ll get the guesses started. The obverse looks to be a fairly mature Marcus Aurelius. (Which means Lucius Verus is also a possibility.) The reverse seems to be a figure holding a cornucopiae and perhaps a rudder. Tyche maybe? It would help if we had sizes. Is that an AE As? Maybe around 24 mm?

Perhaps someone with more experience in Marcus Aurelius bronzes can weigh in.

From the shape of the planchet I think it may possibly be a Commodus or a late Aurelius'.

The coin weighs 5.8 grams, diameter is 21 mm. Thanks for helping with the possibly of an As, so far Marcus Aurelius, Lucius Verus or Commodus. All good guesses.

I hadn’t thought about provincials; I couldn’t find that reverse iconography on imperial issues. So those provincial reverses featuring Tyche seem to be good candidates. Not sure there’s enough detail to narrow it down to region.
