Any help would be appreciated. I have a 1989 d dime that is slightly oblong with a flat spot just above the head and a pronounced lip on one side. ... Is this a strike without the collar?

Does the coin have reeding? And like Galen said a pic of the reverse might help.

It would be helpful to see the reverse!
