    Hey All,

I just inherited a small collection of coins and was wondering if anyone could help with this coin? Appears Asian maybe?

    Many thanks in advance..

Any chance of getting better pictures? More contrast would certainly help.

I could be wrong, but I suspect that the lower left corner of your first picture is actually the top of the coin. It's definitely either the top or the bottom.

The script in the second picture is too unclear to determine whether the picture needs to be rotated slightly to the left, or a little more than 180 degrees to the right.

From what I can see, the script appears to be one of the many Indian languages - possibly Kutch, Gujarati or Devanagri.

My guess is that you have a coin from one of the Princely States in western India, but perhaps one of our members from India will see your post and be able to give you a better ID.

Camera is out of juice....although I was able to click on the pic itself and it enlarges, maybe this would be useful or help

I don't have a clue  as to what the coin is! However, I edited and cropped the pictures and rotated them to give you two different views of the Obverse and two of the Reverse but don't ask me which one is which!
