help ID strange token/medal

    aquired this unusual token/medal, like to know what it is, and country its from? bad picture ,but the motto in center should give a clue as to origin. If you know what it is I would appreciate knowing, ty

    Could be some kind of token.

    LABOR OMNIA VINCIT or "Hard work conquers all"
    is the state motto of Oklahoma and the motto of the
    United Brotherhood of Carpenters union.

    Is there anything on the other side?
